Abiding Women

You are  NOT  alone.

But do you feel alone?

Does it seem like all you see at church are happy, together families? When we are hurting, we seem to stay focused on what we don't have. We can't tell when others are struggling with their relationships or trying to pick up the pieces of a broken marriage; so, we convince ourselves we are totally alone.

And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

1 Peter 5:10 (ESV)

There's a Place for You.

West End Presbyterian Church has long supported women in need of Jesus' comfort and the truth of the Gospel.  Abiding Women is a support group, facilitated by Lara Finnie, the church's resident in counseling, for women who are struggling with intimate relationships, separation, divorce, or single parenting.

If you crave this kind of support, you can drop in any time.
